Pros

Some decent colleagues at the lower/entry levels.

Cons

Middle management is a total disgrace. Teams run by insecure, manipulative snakes. No career advancement (they only hire managers from outside the company). Complete disconnect between the two main office sites. Processes are stuck in the dark ages - everything is still done on paper and archived. Claustrophobic, dirty office environment shared with another company. No hybrid work option unless you're a manager and no travel allowance. No privacy anywhere in the office. Salary and benefits are nothing special compared to their competitors. Company is half-owned by Post Office who are evil. Just a sad, toxic, awful place to work.

Pros

There are none to name

Cons

The toxic management within this place is astounding. The amount of managers who nose their way into other people's businesses and not just within their own team but other teams as well and attempt to use certain information against these workers at a later date as leverage get what they want. Additionally if management finds out someone is struggling with personal issues they shame them for it and make them feel like it's their own fault rather than providing any type of support. Also management within this place is only after 'Yes men' and if anyone attempts to push back or go against the grain they punish them for it and try to manage them out of their role using any nefarious means they possibly can. Also all of these managers causing all these issues are all female and unfortunately most of management here are mostly female who are on a power trip and attempting to throw their weight around because they keep getting told no in their real lives so need to feel powerful by beating down on people at work, instead.
