Its very good organization to work because management is very supportive and policies are best for employees

As employee we had to extend working hours..i worked as Team Leader...but it is in all call centers

No pros..worst work environment..bad managment

Total salary is 8000 after deduction but u take one sick leave they will deduct 1000 out of ure salary...compulsary extending pf work...ask u work on holidays. While relieving also managers okay around with the relieving dates for their benefit towards targets..worst company ever
