The people I worked with were wonderful and made up for a lot of the things that made me want to run for the hills. Scheduling was flexible. Time off was nearly always accommodated. They do great work for the community.

The pay was miserable. Part time staff treated far differently than full time staff. Benefits were basically nil. You may find you do better paying outright for your own insurance than going through them. If it hadn't been so convenient to work here and the overall job market for under 25s in the area had been better, I would have left without looking back.
