They offer benefits. Keep in mind in order to maintain your benefits you have to keep a certain amount of hours of productivity. If you fall behind in those hours even if it's due to client cancellations you will lose your insurance.
Cons
The company itself is not a well-managed company. The managers do not seem to know what they're doing and they lack communication skills that would be necessary to run a company smoothly. I don't think any of them have experience in management as most of them are therapist themselves. The company itself consistently pays staff late and when they do pay unfortunately the pay is often incorrect resulting in multiple email sent to multiple people to correct the discrepancies. I would say not even as a first experience would this company be ideal because it might ruin your perception of working in a clinic.
