      Pros

      Great management and support. Detailed and ongoing training. Charter work is available for extra hours. Very social position with many great drivers to interact with. Very supportive.

      Cons

      Buses are not all in the best shape/condition. No air conditioning. Dusty, gravel yard where buses are stored.
