      Pros

      Great if you are a college student. Was able to work here while earning my associates degree AND having a second job. Split shift, 5 hr break in between shifts. May get extra routes but not required.

      Cons

      Some buses are packed with students, 2 or 3 to a seat. You might not even have a bus monitor but if you stay consistent the students will listen.

      Frequently behind the wheel of a bus which limits value at position Very long hours due to need to complete work while spending significant portion of the day filling in on open routes
