Pros
The work is enjoyable and I get to learn a lot and use a lot of my skills. Benefits are pretty good and vacation and sick time is given right when you start, you don't have to wait for it. But if you leave the company and you've used more than you've accrued, you would need to pay it back, but it's nice that it's available immediately.
Cons
The pay is at average or slightly below market average. Raises are almost always only 3% of your salary.
