Executive management is rude and condescending, resources are lacking, procedures are useless, pay scale is wide and deceiving to attract the best candidates; however, they will pay you below the mid-level, even with decades of experience. Benefits are expensive. HR does not exercise discretion, and there is no safe space to discuss issues within the organization. Nothing stays consistent, and things are subject to change without proper notice. The company is so small that there is not opportunity for growth and no way to increase your salary. The turnover is rampant, and they find ways to undercut employees and reduce their compensation. This company needs a full overhaul, starting with the VPs; either the CEO and COO turn a blind eye, or they are unaware of what is happening to the people underneath these leaders.
