Great place to work for professionals

There are no cons whatsoever

First Weber has some of the most honest and hard working agents I have run across in my almost 10 years of being in the RE industry, which is why I work there. I have told family and friends, I would trust my parents with the sale of their house to any agent I work with at FW.

They do suffer from what any large company suffers from which is: 1. They can move too slowly 2.They can be too conservative (not politically, just regarding taking risk 3.A fair amount of overhead.
