      Pros

      Overall most staff members are fantastic. Owner needs to trust the people that were hired. That quite honestly know more about banking and running a bank in the 20th century than he does.

      Cons

      Pay, Benefits, Work Environment. Owner constantly interfering and not letting people do the job they were hired to do.

      Pros

      Meet some good friends there, otherwise there’s no pros.

      Cons

      No holidays off like regular banks, work weekends, highly toxic environment, they will listen to your conversations with their cameras, stressful environment with horrible management, management is highly judgmental, it honestly feels like high school, HIGH turnover rate, they’re not afraid to fire people for even the smallest things, you always have to be on your guard, this place made me so sick with stress
