No holidays off like regular banks, work weekends, highly toxic environment, they will listen to your conversations with their cameras, stressful environment with horrible management, management is highly judgmental, it honestly feels like high school, HIGH turnover rate, they’re not afraid to fire people for even the smallest things, you always have to be on your guard, this place made me so sick with stress
