What is the "company"? Nobody really knows. It is actually made up of a bunch of other companies that have a parasitic relationship with the only one of them making money that I guess had a terrible reputation to begin with. A lot of remote people I didn't even know. Had no idea what they do or who they are. (Cannot speak on the diversity thing; I don't know). No regard for employees beyond being tools. Like shopping around for the closest mule to ride until they don't need you anymore. The only motivation is making money and bringing in work that doesn't have anything to do with climate change, "first carbon" nobody even knows what this means. They are a document factory. This is pretty much all they are with minimal investment in their employees/mules. No training plan. No advancement. No support. Just 'who can do this for us'? No problem working you into the ground. Overwhelming you with work. They will throw some massive project at you and move on to the next contract and check in weeks later to see if you are done and if you're not, will make you feel really bad knowing all the time they gave you an impossible task but they 'kindly' offer to "talk to the client for you". No problem upselling clients into stuff they don't need. I felt sorry for the newer employees that were like looking around for help. A lot of gaslighting and ghosting. It's actually part of their "company" culture. Run, don't walk, away from this "company". Encourage clients to do the same.
