Pros

-The base salary generally gets credited on time at the end of the working day of the month. Join only If you are lucky enough to land in Bhumika’s team, Arun’s team, or the Babyhug team, your experience might be slightly better. These specific pockets are the only sane spaces in the company.

Cons

-Toxic and Micro-Managed Environment: The overall toxicity rating is a solid 10/10. Management drives the culture through extreme pressure, making it feel less like a corporate buying office and more like a high-stress call center. -Zero SOPs / Accountability Scapegoating: There are absolutely no standard operating procedures (SOPs) or smooth internal processes. Other departments exist purely "for name's sake." A Buyer is held single-handedly accountable for everything from A to Z, including chasing down goods inwarding (GRN) and dealing with operational chaos. -Horrible Work-Life Balance: Expect an average shift of 11 hours daily with a never-ending workload. The office is open on Saturdays, and working on Sundays is frequently expected. -Incompetent Leadership: The brand heads lack fundamental business acumen. If you gave them a basic Excel test, almost all of them would fail. They manage through pressure rather than strategic knowledge. -Worst-in-Industry Travel & Reimbursement Policies: Travel allowance is highly negotiable and stingy, with strict, unrealistic caps on meal reimbursements. -Disgusting transport rules: Buyers are explicitly barred from booking cabs or taxis for official work; you are forced to take autos, and cab bills are routinely rejected. Even after jumping through these hoops, travel reimbursements are severely delayed, taking an average of 90 days to clear. -Safety Concerns for Women: There is a severe lack of consideration for women's safety. Female employees are regularly expected to stretch and stay past 8:00 PM without proper support or transport arrangements.

Pros

Salary gets credited on time.

Cons

Salary hikes are quite low, and the organizational hierarchy is very rigid, making direct communication with senior leadership difficult. Support from management is inconsistent, as some managers do not actively guide or support their teams. The work pressure is extremely high, which often results in many new joiners leaving within a few months to a year. Employee retention appears to be a challenge, with most long-term employees being part of higher management. Despite employees putting in their best efforts, the pressure to constantly deliver remains intense, with very little appreciation or recognition for hard work. Promotions also seem to be influenced more by favoritism than merit, which negatively impacts employee morale. Overall, the company culture lacks transparency, strong ethical values, and a healthy work environment.
