Pros
I was proud too be a part of a solid company from the beginning. I really liked the wide range of responsibilities I carried my whole time there. Being surrounded by people that had 20+ years service was a good way to learn about the company and how I would be able to help. I was allowed to improve how things were being done for the good of the department.
Cons
FirstEnergy has spent the last few years learning that they are not good at making adjustments due to the market. That has made it very difficult to succeed with the company.
