That said, there’s something I gotta address. While the company literally gives everyone a chance to speak up and be heard, some people would rather just hop on Glassdoor and type out the same complaints over and over. It’s easy to blame the company or the friendly HR person when things don’t go right, but maybe it’s worth reflecting on what went wrong on your end? The people who’ve stuck around have been here for a reason—they have the skills and experience to keep moving forward. If there were better opportunities elsewhere, I doubt they’d be stuck fixating on what’s left behind here.
