Everyone on the team has a like-minded, positive approach to reach goals. Young company with eager employees and the right consultants to help each other and the company succeed... and as the company succeeds, the millennial job market succeeds as well! People helping a company helping a nation... it's a beautiful thing :)
Cons
Not a huge deal, but we currently work out of a startup hub, so there are other companies we share our floor with. Growing pains all startups typically encounter, but also a fantastic way to network with other up and coming companies and professionals.
