Very Considerate and good benefits with exposure to all different fields within the company.
Cons
Needs to add a new mental health counselor or add a benefit for the employees to go look for one. Because of the way the work goes, sometimes it isn't easy to separate work from personal life and a life coach or mental health resources need to be available.
