Thank you for your feedback and for being part of FirstService Residential for more than 10 years! We're glad to hear you've experienced strong training and support from management throughout your time with us. We also appreciate your perspective on work-life balance. Supporting associate well-being is very important to us, and we offer a variety of resources and programs designed to help associates balance their professional and personal commitments but can understand how challenging it can be to really apply and incorporate into the day-to-day hustle. Thank you for your dedication and contributions over the years!- Kaitlin Buccheri, Sr. Communications and Engagement Manager

Pros

At the time, I was working overnight at a condominium, and the quiet environment gave me the opportunity to focus on my schoolwork since there was very little activity throughout the building. The team I worked with was incredible, they made me feel like I was part of a family, which made the job even more enjoyable and rewarding.

Cons

Working the graveyard shift can significantly affect a person's sleep schedule and overall sleep quality.

Pros

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
