Pros

-Health insurance a great cost -Generous phone reimbursement -Competitive salary - Clean office with great amenities -Great opportunities to make bonuses as a community manager

Cons

Strong managers get rewarded by having challenging and large accounts piled on mercilessly. Despite voicing concerns about unhealthy work hours, account adjustments were delayed time after time until burn out sets in. I was often expected to work despite submitting vacation time. Also, there are constant meetings called that are either unnecessary or can be summaries in a quick email. Too much time was spent in these group meetings, like daily “first call” that takes time away from work. Finally, there is a process/ “work flow” for everything, and these processes are not made to be efficient and take a lot of time away from work for simple administrative functions.

Pros

Great Support. Great management. Lots of vendor perks.

Cons

Very long hours. Must work to learn about all full cycle of audits, landscape, accounting, paving, reserve funding, public speaking, basic law, and keep current with new changes in HOA practices

Pros

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
