Pros
- The culture is good. Especially when you’re working in the office since vendors always bring free stuff (Habit Burger Truck, Baristas, Wine). - The people are wonderful and many of the leaders are nice. - Health benefits are awesome if you’re on the single plan.
Cons
- Some teams provide very little opportunity for growth so I see good people leave for growth somewhere else. - Aside of the health plan for single people, the rest of the benefits are ok. The family health plan is expensive. - They match 401k contributions but very little. Less than what average companies match of this size. - Pay could be better
