learn a little about HOA's and real estate

Cons

training short, straight through, no making sure you understand, way too many networks youll have to go through to help residents, it was just very complicated. and I also just found out this company is suspected of fraud and lawsuits were filed against them.

Pros

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
