FirstService Residential California - Community Association Manager FirstService Residential Employee Review

I've been with for FSR for 2 years now. I came from a company that was extremely negative and un-supportive of their staff. I had heard that FSR was great to their associates and promoted quickly from within and I found out very quickly that it was true. They make a point to recognize hard work and improvement on a monthly basis and promote when ever possible. They are incredibly positive people and are all about company culture and spirit. Its a tough job made easier by being surrounded by wonderful people and a great company.
