Pros
I am not sure I can give them any pros. They only care about the money they make, not their employees.
Cons
Allow property managers to insult and speak ill of their employees. Which is something that can be sued over. They are also not very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. If one is promoted to an administrative assistant, they should then have a schedule that makes them beneficial to their position and growth. Speaking of growth, they do not offer any programs to obtain new skills besides online videos on the FirstService University website.
