Good company - Front Desk Manager FirstService Residential Employee Review

Pros

This is a really nice laid back job. The pay is decent given that you’re not required to do much except being courteous, friendly and apt to help a resident when needed. Truly one of the best companies I’ve worked for. The managers are respectful and pay is decent.

Cons

You may have to work non desired hours which can take a toll on your body.

Pros

At the time, I was working overnight at a condominium, and the quiet environment gave me the opportunity to focus on my schoolwork since there was very little activity throughout the building. The team I worked with was incredible, they made me feel like I was part of a family, which made the job even more enjoyable and rewarding.

Cons

Working the graveyard shift can significantly affect a person's sleep schedule and overall sleep quality.

Pros

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
