the responsibilities of this position vary depending on which building you're working in. For me, it's been a weird middle management situation where I get stuck with a lot of the tasks no one else wanted to do. Sometimes I am asked to do things where the person asking me to do it, could have done it in less time than it takes them to explain to me what to do. (if that makes sense) Also not very fun being micromanaged by the HOA. It is such a huge company that no matter how great of a job you do, you are basically just a number and replaceable. The health insurance is expensive.
