Worst Company Ever!! - Senior Manager FirstService Residential Employee Review

Pros

I can't think of any

Cons

1) Overworked 2) Cannot take holiday time 3) Low pay for the amount of work 4) No onboarding. Just "figure -it-out-on-your-own -time-mentality" 5) Did I mention overworked? 6) No one knows who does what. The positions at head office change weekly it seems. 7) They overwork their accounting team to the point they can barely see straight. As a result, there are a lot of mistakes. Accounting works 7 days a week to keep up. It's inhumane. 8) The CEO is a smug POS constantly acting like it is a privilege to work there. Yeah, no Dude. It's not.

Great atmosphere, friendly coworkers. I like working this position, it pays well and the work is reasonable.

Cons

I can not think of any, i’m very optimistic so it is hard for me to find something wrong.

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
