Pros

• Great company morale and energy! You can see the efforts for diversity & inclusion go to great lengths • The benefits package under FirstService is one of the best! I loved my insurance options, as well as the fact that any questions i had about my benefits were answered thoroughly (and quickly!). The team was always pleasure to work with. • • My on-site Community Managers were supportive and encouraging when it came to growth in the industry. I may have had an exceptionally positive experience, but i believe FirstService does its best to choose the top candidates for Community Manager roles.

Cons

• Many issues with turnover when obtaining new accounts. On-site staff was left to deal with lack of corporate office support on multiple occasions. The Regional Director assigned to our property had far too many accounts to manage and ultimately could not help us out with on-site management more often than not. •

Pros

They take good care of the office people

Cons

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
