Pros

The organization actively promotes gender diversity and prefers hiring women, which is commendable. Opportunities to work on interesting projects, especially in the media/events space.

Cons

The management encourages a culture of politics, which creates unnecessary stress and hampers productivity. HR functions more as a puppet of the management, offering little to no support to employees facing genuine issues. The organization seems to favor employees who agree unquestioningly with management decisions, leaving little room for open dialogue or constructive criticism. Freedom of speech and individual perspectives are often suppressed, leading to a stifling work environment.

Pros

1. A few good colleagues who make the experience slightly bearable. 2. Opportunity to learn under pressure—if you're looking to be thrown into the deep end.

Cons

1. Overburdening workload: Employees are expected to manage unrealistic targets with little to no support. There’s no concept of work-life balance. 2. Toxic higher management: Leadership lacks empathy and often creates a culture of fear rather than support or mentorship. 3. Biased HR practices: HR functions more like an arm of senior management than a neutral support system for employees. Concerns raised by staff are routinely dismissed. 4. Low compensation: The pay is far below industry standards, and there are no meaningful raises or incentives. 5. Post-exit behavior: Even after leaving, the organization may attempt to tarnish your professional image with negative or false feedback—completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
