      Pros

      This company is very easy going and I love being an employee here. The staff is easy to get along with. Pay is reasonable.

      Cons

      Company is great to work for, the office employees is fantastic. The only negative I could say is that my production is very low and always has been. I would like to see more work for the field staff.
