I was glad to work with FirstSource as i was a fresher and they were very supportive in buiding the career. it was a good experience for me to work with the company .
Cons
they just cut the incentives for silly reasons and the infrastructure should be made more ease and comfortable for the employers to feel that comfortable to work with.
