Pros
I was fortunate to have a good team and a lenient yet learned manager. I learned some really good management techniques.
Cons
Technically not much scope to learn or grow. HR and center management - worst I have seen yet. You have to fight a lot for basic amenities expected off a tech job - and you still don't get them. There is no transparency in the same department, as a result not everybody is on the same page about the application. Basically, the lower your role/position , the more ignored and insulted you are. Expect a promotion or even decent yearly raise only if you have very good terms with your manager and people that matter to make decisions or just have very good reference and you will get everything even though you lack skills.
