Pros
Good job for someone just out of high school looking for experience who's still on their parents health insurance or living at home. Better salary than a retail job to start.
Cons
No raises regardless of how long you're with the company. Culture is alright, but could be better considering they don't ever give you a raise. Bonuses for excelling are generally provided by contracted companies, not firstsource itself.
