Pros
40 hours no matter what. OT available. Hired immediately no matter what as long as you can talk on a phone and are upright and breathing
Cons
Bait and switch- no discussion of fact that pay never increases or that there are no sick days. Constant change- move seats, different manager.... people are cattle here. Angry, defensive leadership.
