I was promoted from the frontline team, but some frontline agents are being paid £1 less per hour less others after the minimum wage rise for doing the same job.
The reason given is "tenure" but tenure based pay is not in mentioned in any contract and they pay is unfair. It is wage theft, plain and simple, and every agent affected should strike until the pay is restored.
Those agents with tenure were forced from 40hour contracts to 37.5 hour contracts too. There were no negotiations, and we didn't even formally agree to the change, it was entirely forced.
