Pay was above average for the area.

Cons

Targets set are ridiculous and they keep pushing for higher as people meet then, making it a constant treadmill you never reach the end of. Turnover is really high because people kept leaving for depression and stress.

None. Deadful company. Stay away

Cons

Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
