Pros
Fischer Homes is a fantastic place to work and rewards those who work hard! The culture is uplifting and there is a very meaningful sense of teamwork. I love my job of selling the dream of new homes and then watching homeowners delight in the whole building process. The system is setup to support one another in our varying roles and each division does a great job in the assistance. They do a great job in training and setting the right expectation as to what the job entails.
Cons
The sales counselor role requires hard work and extra hours in order to be successful- but the financial rewards are significant if you're willing to put in the effort! The hours are not normal, so you need to be prepared for working weekends.
