Cons
1. Sub standard food in cafeteria. 2. Cab facility is a nightmare. 3. All days in office for minimum 6-7 hours. 4. Lot of work pressure making people work >12 hours a day and in weekends/holidays too. 5. Planned WFH 10 days a year and Unplanned on Management’s approval. 6. Regular staff reduction in small scale. 7. Hiring is difficult as we don’t get approval. easily and when we get, they expire very fast and therefore hiring goes low in standard or less in numbers than it’s needed. 8. Travel is limited for domestic and rare to now for international with no option to on-site opportunity.
