None left after they sold hundreds of us to a low tier consulting company

Nearly 2 decades with Fiserv and they sell off staff like used office furniture. No severance, less than a week to resign or accept a consultant offer (the week before Xmas deadline) which has *significantly* less benefits. I now pay 40% more for healthcare, no long term disability provided by company, company only provides $50k life insurance, way worse across the board. This is how a fortune 500 company treats its long term employees. Its simply disgusting.
