Pros
There is always a lot of overtime and chances to win monthly incentives.
Cons
They are not heavily invested into learning and developing employees. Many managers are on age and will write you up or fire you quickly. They tend to do massive layoffs randomly so there is no guarantee for stability there. Also, if you work remotely the tech issues never stop and you're punished for their lack.
