Managment is not good. I must say its worst ever I have seen in my 7 years of exp. if you aware your manager about the problems you are facing from your team lead then what will happen simply "your bad time will start" both of them will unite and will try to do all the things which definately goes against you You are a good resource till then only you do not speek about your problems. I am not sure about all the departments. I am sharing the things which happend to me in a particular department. If you are of kind nature then definitely it will be the worst company for you. If you are expert in doing buttering then all will be in your favour.
