Pros

Good company culture, rewards are given for good work. Managers really care about employees and communications are open, at least with my manager (She is awesome! I cannot be happier having her as my manager.). Frequent one-on-one meetings to go over weekly/monthly achievements/goals/whatever you want to talk about.

Cons

Training could be better: need more time and be more detailed, provide some time for us to go over the materials on our own. Make a move to hire the temps as permanent already, some of us have been temps for over 6 months and are still temps, a lot of us left because of the low temp pay & absence of benefits.
