Senior management is either clueless or not concerned with what they're boots on the ground are up against; lack of committment toward behaving as "one company" confuses and angers clients - clients know that one hand (ie. Fiserv Card Services) doesn't know what the other hand (ie. Fiserv Premier) is doing; chaos rules the day, every day; Leadership's wanton lack of adherence to Fiserv Core Values
