Pros
There are some talented people here. Cafeteria plan. The company is doing very well. I like my current department.
Cons
It's very difficult to see the stock prices soar while we get no cost of living raises and an average of 2% raise per year (not enough to keep up with inflation), on top of the $1650 deductible health plan. It's time to pass some of the profits to the employees, especially to thank them for the years they hung in there when there were freezes on raises. There needs to be more scrutinizing of the character of upper management before they are hired. We've brought some execs on that weren't particularly a good match culturally for the position or set a bad example. Some positions have very little chance of promotion.
