Pros
Anything that is a pro working at Fiserv is being wiped out with how Fiserv continues to take from associates and give little to none back.
Cons
If you are looking to work at Fiserv beware. They continue to reduce benefits each year such as the ESOP from 15% to 10% this year. Using a keystroke monitoring program to manage productivity, (bit of a Big Brother thing). And management won’t admit it but they use Force Ranking and will downgrade your review to meet corporate numbers.
