After Merger with First Data- only cons are coming on daily basis. Poor Management- treat employees as Slaves & themselves as King. Though they all are not technically sound. Sapience Tool Introduced- which don't let anyone away so long. Employees have to spend atleast 11-12 Hrs in Office, so that Sapience could track 8-hrs onky- Yes you read it correctly. Worst Appraisals. Nothing to save like- No Flexi options No Transportation facility. Advice to Candidate: Just stay away from Fiserv.
