Pros
- After its merger with First Data there is no reason to work except to use this company just to switch to next.
Cons
- Work or no work you have to portray you are busy - Promotion is a big issue - Your rating, awards etc doesn't matter when the want to fire you - Salary hike is meagre - Rating is as your manager pleases - Only people who sit in office for longer than team matters and appreciated - WFH is appreciated but not appreciated or understood even if you work for 12 hours or overnight.
