Pathetic Company, Useless and illiterate higher management.. never ever think of joining this organisation - Test Engineer Fiserv Employee Review

1. Negative work life balance. Their employees(current) are working till 3 am in the morning 2. They have installed sapience tool. Let me tell you about this tool. You have to move your mouse or keep entering keyboard in every 1min else it will count as unproductive time. In this organisation they want us to complete 8 productive hours which is next to impossible and specially with the work that this org give to its employees 3. They give chillad hike to some of its employees. Believe me so many of my friends got zero hike.. 4. They fire people every week. Every current employee always think that it might be my last week in this organisation. 5. They promote undeserving people.. people who will come second even if they are the lone person running in a race. 6. They hire useless garbage. Believe me if you are selected in fiserv interview then look in mirror and tell urself that u r useless 😁. They will pick only those people who won't even hire themselves 7. At the time of my writing this review this company rating is 3.1 which i seriously think is way way way too high for org like this.. they deseve a big big zero 8. They have only 1 client and that too is way too much for company like this to handle 9. They will conduct a test every month as if they want us to launch a rocket via nasa however they themselve dont follow any testing/development standards 10. If you join this org then your career will stop forever, you will be of no use so plz plz read my review before even thinking of joining organisation like this I can seriously write even more but i think i have wasted enough of my time on this garbage organisation
