I was interviewed more than 10 days ago and cleared two rounds. In the second round they asked me how soon I can join. I told in a week I am about to get the probation confirmed and my notice period will likely to extend 90 days so i requested them to releive as soon as possible. After few days the sent me snapshot of my salary breakup and asked for my approval. They asked my payslips and gave me a link to create a profile in their portal. I was so happy. But current employer confirmed my probation period and my notice period got extended to 90 days. Fearing i will lose the offer and as i am suffering a lot in my current object i decided to quit and talked to my current employer. They agreed to releive me without NP. Now Fiserv spocks tells me the position is on hold and they cannot releive offer letter at any time soon. This is how they are playing wih people's career, This whole drama gave me a week of sleepless nights and fear of sitting unemployed at home. Now with Iron hand i am rejecting their offer even if they give me one.
