Not at all a product based company.. They even themselves doesnot believe they are dealing with product but still follow all the un-necessary processes , micro management with the help of sapience tool for each and every hour. After merged with Firsdata where the things started getting worse Extremely poor infrastructure All higglevel Directors , Managers are cunning trying to help as much as cost cutting for organization by compromising in employee benefits like Transporation , Infrastructure , Work arrangements from Home , and now Pay and benefits. There is no transparency in the HR policy. They messed up with both Fiserv and First Data policy and they apply whatever favors the company. HRs are puppet and they really don't exist. I bet You regret for sure after joining with this worst third class company.
