Pros
I have a great boss who is very supportive of my future goals and desire to learn and grow. Most of the people I encounter are friendly and helpful which is nice. I like the variety in the day-to-day and getting to solve unique challenges.
Cons
PTO isn’t great, I had better in retail - I still work weekends fairly frequently. Vacations arent great, a lot of people tend to still work during time off and some people expect it.
